At Kaluka Jewelry, each piece is handcrafted and carefully prepared for every order. Because of this, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.


Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference after receiving the item

Since our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Refunds

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our side.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved, we will resend the item after review.


Customs & Import Fees

Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.
